The role
You will build production AI — retrieval-augmented systems and agentic workflows — with the evaluation and guardrails that keep them reliable.
What you’ll do
- Design and ship RAG and agentic AI systems
- Build evaluation harnesses and guardrails
- Optimise for accuracy, latency, and cost
- Partner with product to find high-leverage AI use cases
What we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience shipping LLM applications
- Familiarity with vector databases and orchestration frameworks
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
- A pragmatic, eval-driven approach to AI
